Our A Level courses are taught at our bespoke Sixth Form College in Angel or our Sixth Form Hub in Enfield, where you will receive the perfect hybrid of support and freedom – you are treated as an adult, so you’re ready for university, but given the support you need to succeed in your A Levels. Many of our students go on to study at renowned universities such as Oxford, Cambridge, UCL and King’s. Our teachers are A Level course specialists, many of them are examiners and some have PhDs.
Our Sixth Form College in Angel is located in central London, and offers one of the largest A Level provisions in the UK, with over 35 subjects to choose from.
Our Sixth Form Hub in Enfield allows those in the area to stay closer to home, whilst benefitting from the outstanding teaching of CANDI staff. You will also be able to use a wide range of sports facilities and take part in activities, including Sports Academies for high achieving athletes, previously only available to students of CONEL, which shares a site with the Hub.
You will find the entry requirements for each of our A Levels on each subject page. Our general minimum entry requirements to study three A Levels are:
Five GCSEs at grade 4 or above, which must include English Language and Maths
At least three of your five GCSEs need to be a grade 5 or above
Most subjects require GCSE English Language at grade 5; in some a grade 5 in a literary subject (eg English Literature, History, Business Studies, Sociology, Geography) is also required.
