Once you have accepted a place on one of our courses, you will need to consider where you are going to live in London. It is important to choose an accommodation that suits your budget and lifestyle preferences. The right accommodation will help you to settle easily into your studies and enable you to enjoy the buzz of capital city life in London.

How to book

Host family

If you are under the age of 18 when you start your course with us, you must stay with a host family.

Living with a host family will give you an insight into the British lifestyle as well as opportunities to practise your English. 

You will have a comfortable room of your own with space to study and store your belongings.

All host families are criminal record-checked and are supplied to the College by experienced providers. These providers meet British Council standards, so you will be living in a safe environment while you are studying.

The following prices* are based on:

  • Accommodation during the academic year (September to July) for 45 weeks
  • Half-board accommodation (continental breakfast and evening meal every day) for 7 days a week
  • Single occupancy

Zone 2: £9,900

Zone 3: £9,000

Zone 4: £8,325

*Booking fee and airport transfer charges are not included. Additional charges for holidays may be applicable. 

Student residence

If you are over the age of 18, living in a student residence is a popular choice. This will give you the chance to live with other students who are studying in London.

We offer accommodation in residences near Kings Cross and Camden. Both of these locations are close to the College sites and have good links to the underground/London transport system.

Accommodation is available on a single ensuite basis or as a twin room (sharing your room with another student).

Facilities at the residences include social space, exercise studio, private gym, study space, screening room, café, performance stage, games area, laundry and post room.

The following prices* are based on:

  • Accommodation during the academic year (September to July) for 45 weeks
  • Single and twin ensuite rooms with fully-equipped private bathroom, desk(s), microwave, bedding and kitchen pack(s)
  • House-keeping
  • Free 100 mb Wi-Fi
  • 24/7 onsite team and CCTV, key fob entry system
  • All bills included

Single ensuite room: £13,005 - £19,380

Twin ensuite room: £15,912 - £22,950 (For double occupancy, each individual pays 50% of the indicated annual price)

Shared house

Students over the age of 18 looking for a budget-friendly option can also consider living in a shared house with other students on a self-catering basis.

Prices depend on room size and property location.

How to book

If you require accommodation while you are studying with us, please let us know when you apply. 

Accommodation can be arranged for you once you have confirmed your acceptance of a place on a course by paying a deposit. 

A booking form, amount payable and details of how to pay will be sent with your Unconditional Offer Letter. Please return your booking form via email to within 48 hours.
