Cloud Computing - Introduction (Digital Skills Academy)

This introductory Cloud Computing course is designed to provide participants with a comprehensive understanding of cloud computing and its management.

The course aims to equip beginners with the necessary knowledge and skills to effectively manage cloud resources and services.

Through a combination of theoretical concepts and practical exercises, participants will gain a solid foundation in cloud management principles, best practices, and tools. The course will also include an introduction to two popular cloud service providers, Azure and AWS, to help participants explore their features and services.

A pre-course survery will be sent to you to assess your suitability for the course. 

By the end of this course, you should be able to:

• Identify different types of cloud services and deployment models 
• Understand the principles of cloud resource management
• Evaluate and select appropriate cloud service providers
• Implement basic cloud security measures

You will need to be eligible to study in the UK. Upon enrolment, you will be asked to upload residency and income documents for college funding purposes.
