Virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI) works as a way of managing and accessing desktop environments and applications to allow a company’s employees to work at a remote location (specifically needed during covid and the new way of hybrid working). By using the desktop operating system, IT managers can deploy their corporate data, applications, and desktops to users in a virtual data center and deliver them as a service via the internet without the need to be present to access the computer.
By taking this course, you will learn the core skills of Desktop Infrastructure. This will include; operating system configurations, management of client systems, applications, files and folders, devices, and operating system maintenance.
