ABOUT
Power up your digital career! This qualification is specifically designed for learners who want to develop and extend their digital and IT skills to prepare for exciting roles in the digital and creative industries.
You'll study eight comprehensive units including Digital Skills Career Progression, Games Design and Development, Website Design and Development, Cyber Security, Networking, Database Design, Using Digital Technologies, and Computer Programming—providing you with a well-rounded digital skill set.
These qualifications prepare you for diverse roles across multiple industries—from software and programming to network support and digital design. You'll also develop specialised skills needed in the finance, marketing, and manufacturing sectors. With a mix of mandatory and optional units, you'll gain the knowledge and behaviours expected by employers while mastering a wide range of digital technologies, systems, and software.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
You will need:
- Three GCSEs at grade 3 or above (or a Level 1 Diploma in IT)
All applicants must have an interview and assessment to confirm that the course is suitable for them.
COURSEWORK REQUIREMENTS
Assessment is continuous throughout the year and based on assignments and projects.
FEES
Aged 16-18
If you will be aged 16, 17 or 18 on 31st August prior to the start date of your course and you have the legal right to remain in the UK for the duration of your programme then your study with us will be free. Please see here for the documents you will need to show us.

Adults - Entry Level, Level 1 and Level 2
If you will be aged 19+ on 31st August prior to the start date of your course, up to Level 2, then your study with us will be free. You must have lived for 3 years within the EU/EEA/UK prior to the start of your course, you must have lived in the UK before 1st January 2021 and you must have permission to live in the UK for at least 12 months from the first day of learning. PROGRESSION
This course will help you to move on to higher-level courses, such as a specialist Level 3 Foundation Diploma/Extended Diploma, an apprenticeship or employment
