Who is it for?
This programme runs over a 24-month timeframe, with a learning period of 21 months and an end point assessment (EPA) of up to 3 months.
Apprentices who complete the Surveying Level 3 programme will aim to gain promotion to technical/management roles including: Assistant Quantity Surveyor Assistant Building Surveyor Assistant Project Manager/Site Manager Chartered Membership to RICS, CIOB, CAB

The (typically) 3 month EPA includes producing a summary of your experience, case study, CPD records and ethics module, and overall grading.
There are four submission windows in the year, October, January, April and July.
The next step may include Level 4 Higher Apprenticeship in Surveying, Project/ Construction Management, Level 6 Degree Apprenticeship in Surveying, Project/ Construction Management or HNC/D in Built Environment (Surveying/Project Management.
