A 3 month EPA process includes your portfolio, occupational competence interviews.
Next step may include the Rail Engineering Level 3 Apprenticeship.
Career progression includes Level 3 Apprenticeship, or further progress into higher jobs as a Site Manager, Machine Operator, Hand Back Engineer or a Maintenance Engineer.
