There are no formal entry requirements, but candidates should be working over 30 hours per week.
All candidates will need to attend an information session and undertake a literacy and numeracy assessment prior to starting the apprenticeship training.
Duration: Apprenticeships plus run this programme over a 15-month timeframe, with a learning period of 12 months and an end point assessment (EPA) of up to 3 months.

Included in the programme are an IWFM Level 2 certificate in Facilities Services Principles, 10 Occupational duties (KSBs) and Functional Skills English and Maths Level 1 plus an attempt Level 2.

The next step may include the Level 3 Facilities Management Apprenticeship Programme, IOSH, ILM/CMI Level 3 in Leadership and Management.
