Our Centre for Applied Sciences is based in Angel, next to our Sixth Form College. We have state-of-the-art learning spaces that enable you to be at the cutting edge of scientific learning.

It offers a wide range of vocational courses for 16-18 year olds and adult learners specifically focused around applied sciences, such as optics, animal management, sports science, forensic science, engineering and public services.

The centre has a recently redeveloped animal care department, with turtles, snakes, chinchillas and an aquarium. It also has a full optometry suite, with the latest technology used by opticians. In addition, the centre has a working gym, outdoor sports pitch and engineering workshops.

Our multi-disciplinary Centre in Angel, Islington has a variety of spaces that can be hired including Computer Suites, Gym and Fitness Centre, Media Suite, Music Studios, Photography Studio, Science Labs, and Visual Arts Workshops.
