Angel Shed Theatre Company

Our Centre for Business, Arts and Technology is home to the inclusive theatre company, Angel Shed. The company have been delivering high-quality workshops and productions with children and young people in Islington for the past fifteen years, and are a registered charity, relying solely on the support from trusts, foundations and donations.  

Angel Shed’s vision is that every child, regardless of ability or background is given the opportunity to participate in the performing arts. They have three members of staff in every workshop and train up volunteers to work directly with the members on and off stage, enabling every child, whatever their ability, to be fully supported to achieve their very best.

All Angel Shed members are given the opportunity to develop a range of performance techniques including dance and movement, drama and acting, music and singing throughout every term. Sharing ideas and devising is at the core of every activity and performance and they create new theatre inspired by their members.
