Holloway School is a first choice school for many parents, reflecting their desire to be part of an ambitious, successful school which achieves high standards for all. We are a thriving community school for boys and girls, situated on the Islington / Camden border.
“The school supports the needs of a diverse school population well to provide a well-ordered, purposeful and safe community where students value and respect each other’s differences. OFSTED 2010.”
We have a very clear, shared vision for Holloway School. We expect all members of the school community to work together to achieve this:

Former Holloway School pupil, Kwame Frempong recently celebrated his A Level success after studying at City and Islington College’s Sixth Form College. Kwame, who said he was nervous before getting the results, had no reason to worry as he received high marks in his subjects and now plans to travel across the USA before going into Higher Education to study Fine Art. With his sights set on opening his own gallery or becoming an Art Lecturer in the future Kwame said he would recommend City and Islington College to anyone because of the amazing students and staff who listen to your views and take them on board before giving great feedback and support.
“I am very proud to be closely linked to City and Islington College. As a governor of the college for a number of years I have seen at first hand the quality and breadth of curriculum on offer to its students. Our students at Holloway School have a fantastic opportunity to take advantage of the all that is on offer at London’s leading college: City and Islington College is our Sixth Form."
