Open Days FAQs

When are the open days?

I have booked to attend an open day but cannot remember my booking details?

If you have already booked, your name will be on our guest list. You will receive a confirmation email from us as well as a reminder prior to the event.

I want to change the details for my open day booking?

If you make a booking for an open day, and then wish to make a change to this, you will be able to do this online. Just re-book for your preferred date and time.

I am under 16 and my parents/guardian cannot attend with me to the open day. Can I still come?

We recommend that you have a responsible adult over the age of 18 with you at the open days. This can be a parent/guardian or older sibling, cousin or another family member. Some students also attend with their friend's parents/guardian if they do not have a family member available on the day.

Do I need to book to attend the open days?

We recommend that you book online to avoid disappointment, particularly for the Sixth Form College. Booking online in advance will speed up the sign in process. If you turn up on the day you will need to register on the day.

There are a number of different open days at City and Islington College. How do I know which one to attend?

Open days are held at each of the College's Centres. Each Centre specialises in a different set of subjects, so you should choose which open day to attend based on the subjects you're interested in. You can see an overview of the courses covered at each open day and book to attend here

I would like to attend an Open Day, what do I need to do?
