City and Islington College Student Molly Napier-Doyle Wows Wetherspoons with her Artistry

23 October 2018

City and Islington student Molly Napier-Doyle recently gained media attention after a visit to her local Wetherspoons on Holloway Road.

Molly and her friends were enjoying burgers and cocktails at their local when she began to play with the left-overs on her plate. Using the straw from her drink she shaped the ketchup, mayonnaise, brown sauce and mustard into the faces of Mona Lisa and artist Frida Kahlo.

Molly, who studied at the Royal Drawing School for nearly 10 years said, “It was just a whim - I was having fun with my friends in a Wetherspoons and thought it would be funny for the waiters to see that when they came to collect the plates.” Her friends drew the attention of the Chefs, who proceeded to take pictures of her and her artwork.
