Legal Services Apprenticeship
About the framework
Recruitment and career progression in the legal sector has changed in recent years, with the traditional route to becoming a lawyer – degree, law school, law exams, trainee position, called to the bar – now not the only route.
Legal Services Apprenticeships provide a non-graduate route to a career as a paralegal for high-calibre school leavers and existing employees. For employers, they are an effective way to develop new staff and fill skills gaps.
Through our unique partnership with the University of Law, we ensure our practical qualifications address the needs of employers and are highly relevant to roles within the legal profession.
