The course aims to develop your knowledge and understanding of the business world. You will study core units on business, retail, administration and customer service. All students take these three core units, Starting work in business, retail and administration, Working in business, retail and administration, Introducing customer service. You take two of the following Personal Skills units: Personal effectiveness, Social responsibility at work, Financial management, You then take three of the following optional units: Ensuring personal health and safety at work, Communicating effectively at work, Introduction to retail, Introduction to administration.What qualification will I get?
BTEC Introductory Diploma in Business, Administration & Retail.What can I do after the course?
On completion, you can progress on to a range of NVQ Level 2 courses, or a BTEC First Diploma in Business. Alternatively, you could move into employment in retail or business administration.How do I get on the course?
