Response to Redundancy is a new initiative to support individuals under notice of redundancy, those recently made redundant, and those that are unemployed and need support to re-enter the current labour market.

You can receive support if you:

  •  Are under notice of redundancy
  •  Have been made redundant in the last 6 months
  •  Have been unemployed in the last 6 months

Linking this initiative with an existing service called Skills for Jobs and other support available through Job Centre Plus and Next Step, we offer you a one-stop shop to get you back into employment.

I chose the course because I wanted to learn whilst at work, says Enggy, who studied IT Users Level 2. The course was fantastic because it helped to improved my IT and English vocabulary. My long term ambition is to study a Masters Degree in Art Therapy with Children.
