  “Eight member of the Post-Adoption Centre PAC were able to benefit from the ITQ2 work based training provided by City and Islington College. The advantage of the scheme is that there was on-site training and very little off site work. This meant staff could remain at their desks while learning and meetings with the representative from the College were scheduled to fit that staff member’s workload.
  
  We would not have been able to participate in this training had our staff been required to go off-site for it.  The training is motivational in that 8 members of staff have gained a qualification and have new and transferable skills.”
